Many neurodivergent children face barriers that arise not from who they are, but from environments that are not designed for the way they learn, communicate and experience the world.
Every neurodivergent child deserves to belong
We believe every neurodivergent child deserves to belong, participate and grow in environments that understand and value them. We want to see classrooms that embrace different ways of learning, communities that know how to include every child, and systems that respond to the needs, strengths and potential of neurodivergent children.
Our focus
Our focus is on children with autism and ADHD aged 3-18, alongside the families, educators and communities that shape their everyday experiences. We fund interventions, evidence generation, change capacity and advocacy, because lasting change for children requires action at every level, from the classroom to the policy arena.
We work particularly in European countries where we can engage in depth with partners, systems and institutions, and where we have the knowledge and relationships to drive meaningful change.
What we are working to change
Neurodivergent children too often grow up in environments built around neurotypical norms. Schools, communities and families frequently lack the tools, knowledge and support they need to include neurodivergent children fully.
The result is that too many children feel misunderstood, struggle to belong, and do not receive the support they need to thrive.
We fund and collaborate with partners working to address this: by building more inclusive learning environments, strengthening support for families and caregivers, advancing the evidence base, and helping shift wider attitudes towards neurodivergence.
