CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Thomas Kirk Kristiansen 

Fourth generation of the LEGO Family and a shareholder in KIRKBI A/S, the family’s holding and investment company whose assets include the majority shareholding in LEGO A/S. Holds a degree in marketing. Chairman of the Board of KIRKBI AG and Member of the Board of LEGO A/S and INTERLEGO AG.

DEPUTY CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen

Third generation of the LEGO family and the principal shareholder of the family-owned LEGO Group. Former President and CEO of the LEGO Group; now Deputy Chairman of the Board of LEGO A/S. Deputy Chairman of the LEGO Foundation board and Chairman of the boards of KIRKBI A/S, KIRKBI Invest A/S and Ole Kirk's Foundation. Member of board of Capital of Children Office A/S. Holds an MBA from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.

2nd DEPUTY CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Jørgen Vig Knudstorp

Chairman of the LEGO Brand Group, Chairman of the LEGO Board of Directors. Master of Economics and PhD from the University of Aarhus, Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management. Former McKinsey and Company consultant. Prior positions in the LEGO Group include Vice President, Strategic Development. Also Member of the Board IMD, Switzerland.

Agnete Kirk Thinggaard

Fourth generation of the LEGO Family and a shareholder of KIRKBI A/S, the family’s holding and investment company whose assets include the majority shareholding in LEGO A/S. Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from the University of Aarhus. Initiator and Chairman the Board of Center for ADHD in Aarhus. Deputy Chairman of Edith and Godtfred Kirk Christiansen's Foundation. Professional dressage rider.

MEMBER OF THE BOARD

Mette Morsing

PhD and Professor at Copenhagen Business School and Co-Director of CBS Sustainability Platform. From 2002 till 2012, she was the Founding Director of CBS Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility (cbsCSR). Morsing is a Board Member of the Claus Meyer Melting Pot Foundation, Appointed Board Member of N. Zahle School and Editorial Board Member for four academic journals and the “Business, Society and Value Creation Series” for Cambridge University Press.

William E. Hoover

Previously director of McKinsey & Company in Scandinavia. MBA from Harvard Businesss School. Serves on the Boards of Directors of Danfoss A/S; Sauer Danfoss; GN Great Nordic; Sanistål; and working chairman of R&D Associates.
