Seeking a grant?
We regret to inform you that the LEGO Foundation does not accept unsolicited requests. The reason for this policy is that the LEGO Foundation has a very focused strategy: to ensure learning through play empowers children to become creative and engaged lifelong learners. Therefore, we seek out programmes and partners who are tightly aligned with our vision and will advance it very directly. While we would love to consider all the many requests that come our way, we have decided to focus our resources on advancing this mission through partners we identify.

Seeking a donation?
We receive a lot of applications from groups and individuals all over the world who request LEGO products for various kinds of charities and projects, and we are indeed honored and flattered by this manifestation of interest. But unfortunately, we cannot oblige all of these requests. Therefore, we need to focus on a number of well-defined areas and purposes.

We support:

  • projects that are 100% charitable
  • charitable organisations which promote children's play, learning and creativity
  • charitable organisations which support marginalised and vulnerable children

We do not:

  • give financial support
  • do sponsorships
  • provide donations for lotteries, fairs, prizes, parties, festivals, team building events or the like
  • donate products to summer camps, waiting rooms, students projects, libraries or the like

If your project meets the criteria listed above and you wish to enquire about a product donation, please write to: charity@LEGO.com

For all charity and sponsorship requests from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, please use the following email address: sponsoring@LEGO.com

For all charity and sponsorship requests from the US and Canada, please use the following email address: donations@america.LEGO.com
